Konnichiwa – Wellcome Japan!

15th of May 2007 opening of the japanese holidays in the Alsterhaus Hamburg. Themed Konnichiwa – Wellcome Japan! the Alsterhaus throwed from 15th of may to 9th of june a series of actions and events around the cherry blossom holiday and japan country with there fascination.

In the evening of the 15th of may mrs. Claudia Leske, managing director of the Alsterhaus, and the japanese consul general mr. Tadakasu Ishihara have to open up this event series. The special guest of this eve was the japanese cherry blossom queen Tomoko Miki from Tokyo.

For this especially eve we have to create and served a wide range of typical japanese finger food. From freshest sushi, hand made from our sushi master, above classics as yakitori, gyoza and torikaraage till with ginger marinated and grilled fruit sticks we have to served japanese delicacys in 11 courses.
