Salon Gourmet Hamburg 29th.-31.of march 2007

 

After the Hinte-exhibition have to established their exhibition series “Salon Gourmet” in the south of germany, following in this year the step in the north with “Salon Gourmet Hamburg”.

On the starting shot in the north we was thereby and we had to cooked with the german cooking stars as Johann Lafer, Alfons Schuhbeck and Cornelia Poletto on a show stage kitchen.

On two days we had to allow inspection in the fascination of the japanese cooking for a lot of visitors.

The hightlight of our presentation was the public viewing cooking of our especially pan fried sushi, called “Kopernikus” and the tasting after, by the exhibition guests.

Some exhibition guests we have to meet again later on one of our
cookery course.
