Sake is made only in winter. The official beginning of the productions season is the first of October and we would like take you on a very special flavorful journey.


Mrs. Yoshiko Ueno-Muller – accredited Japanese Sake expert – will provide you with exciting insights in the unique culture of the oldest breweries of Japan. You will taste 8 – 10 selected Premium Sake from the best Sake makers of Japan and enjoy them with small delicacies from the WA-YO`s kitchen.
